2007 İstanbul Bienal'inde beni etkileyen bir cümle vardı, Jonathan Barnbrook adlı sanatçının posterlerinin üzerinde yazıyordu bu cümle:
"Instead of a day of remembrance let us have a day of forgetting where we all agree, once a year to forget any anger we feel towards others going forward with a wow to let historic and ethic differences be part of the past. Not a division for the future. Surely this is a better way to honor the dead."
